The Good Vibes Foundation is asking for some personal, household and demographic information to help us understand your circumstances, assess your application, and better understand the needs of the individuals and families who reach out to us for support.

We take your privacy seriously. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for Good Vibes Foundation purposes, including administering the Feeding Families Initiative, improving our programs and understanding community needs.

We will not sell your personal information or share information that identifies you with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Any information used for research, reporting or public communications will be aggregated or anonymized unless you have provided separate, express consent for us to share your story, name, image or other identifying information.

Some permissions are required so the Good Vibes Foundation can review your application, contact you and administer the Feeding Families Initiative. Other permissions are completely optional and allow you to choose whether you would like to stay connected with Good Vibes or potentially help us share the stories and experiences of families in our communities.

Choosing not to participate in optional communications, storytelling, photography or video will not affect your eligibility to receive support through the Feeding Families Initiative.
